Our gin is French wheat alcohol based along with 9 aromatics including the essential juniper berry, angelica root, lemon, orange and coriander. It is only after a slow maceration of these aromatics that the distillation begins. Then, the Gin will be preserved and put to rest in order to harmonize.<\/p>\n
